Conceptual Engineering

Process definition at the PFD level (Process Flow Diagrams).
Preliminary Material and Energy Balance.
Definition of the main equipment and analysis of market availability.
Basic project definition at the electrical and instrumentation discipline level.
Preparation of the preliminary General Arrangement of the plant in the designated area.
Identification of required utilities.
Preliminary project planning.
Preliminary cost analysis.

Basic Engineering

Complete development of the process unit (PFDs, P&IDs, Line Lists, Data Sheets, etc.).
Preliminary development of the project across other disciplines: Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Telecommunications, etc.
Basic Process Equipment Design
Technical and economic feasibility studies for process and operational modifications.
Production process analysis.
Studies for the revamping of existing processes.
Preparation of operating manuals.
Investment appraisal and feasibility studies (FEED/FEL).

Detail Engineering

We have extensive experience in the development of detailed engineering for demanding sectors such as Crude Oil Refineries, Power Generation Plants, Chemical and Petrochemical Plants, and Gas Pipelines, among others. The disciplines involved are as follows:

Process
Electrical
Mechanical
Instrumentation
Civil, Structural, and Architectural
Safety
Gas Pipelines
Materials Engineering

Manufacturing Engineering

It is the level of engineering with the highest degree of detail, issued to support the construction phase in better interpreting all the information generated during the Detailed Engineering stage.
Within this division, we have the following deliverables:

Preparation of construction sequences.
Installation calculations and analysis.
Structural detailing engineering (preparation of shop drawings, assembly drawings, templates, CNC files, material take-offs, etc.)
Piping detailing engineering (spool drawings, support installation drawings, material take-offs, etc.)
Electrical and instrumentation detailing engineering (equipment installation drawings, support location drawings, material take-offs, etc.)

Field Supervision

Supervision of engineering personnel.
Monitoring of detailed engineering during the construction phase
Monitoring engineering change requests
On-site supervision of EPC projects (PMC).

Project Management

Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management Based on PMI Methodology: End-to-end (Full-Cycle) monitoring of all administrative activities of an EPC project (Project Management Office – PMO) to implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), thereby increasing process efficiency, mitigating risks, and reducing project costs.

Consulting Services

Based on the areas of improvement within the company’s processes, advice, recommendations, and guidance are provided to the engineering and construction teams to develop information efficiently and thus avoid rework during the construction phase, offering an objective and impartial perspective for process definition. This service is divided into three phases:

Audit of the processes involved in improvement.
Preparation of a diagnostic report
Development of solutions for the client.
