We have a wide experience in the development of detail engineering in demanding sectors such as Crude Oil Refining Plants, Power Generation Plants, Chemical and Petrochemical Plants and Gas Pipelines among others.

The disciplines involved are the following (not limited):

  • Process
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical and Piping
  • Civil, Structural and Architecture
  • Instrumentation and Control
  • Safety Engineering
  • Telecom
  • Materials Engineering

It is the engineering with a higher degree of detail that is issued to help the construction phase for a better interpretation of all the information generated in the Detail Engineering phase.

Within this division we have the following deliverables (not limited):

  • Preparation of construction sequences (Method Statement)
  • Calculations and Installation Analysis (Lifting Analysis)
  • Structural detail engineering (preparation of exploded views, assembly drawings, templates, CNC files, quantification of materials, etc.)
  • Piping detailing engineering (spool drawings, bracket assembly drawings, material quantification, etc.)
  • Electrical and instrument detailing engineering (equipment installation drawings, bracket location drawings, material quantification, etc.)
  • Supervision of engineering personnel.
  • Follow-up detailed engineering in the construction phase.
  • Follow-up engineering change requests.
  • Supervision of EPC projects in the field (project contractor management).

Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management Based on PMI methodology:

End-to-end (Full Cycle) monitoring of all administrative activities of an EPC project (Project Management Office or PMO) for the implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to increase process efficiency, mitigate risks and reduce project costs.

Based on the areas of improvement within the company's processes, advices, recommendations and instructions are provided to the engineering and construction companies to develop the information efficiently and to avoid rework activities during the construction phase, thus providing an objective and impartial opinion for the definition of the processes.

This service is divided into three phases:

  • Audit of the involved processes to be improved
  • Issuance of a diagnosis report
  • Development of solutions for the client
